We know how valuable it is to share your insights outside your team, especially when hitting positive milestones. To make this seamless, we’ve introduced a new feature for external sharing of narratives with public access.

  • Public Access Sharing: Click “Share” to generate a unique URL for any narrative you want to make public.
  • Instant Credibility: Each shared narrative includes a watermark to signal that these insights are verified by Narrative BI, helping you build trust when sharing achievements.

This feature enables easy, secure sharing of data-driven insights, so you can celebrate wins, inform clients, and expand your network without the need for screenshots.

Gain detailed insights and tailor reports to your business needs.

We heard your requests for more control over reports and the ability to track specific dimensions that matter most. Now, you can customize reports to show only the performance details you care about, like campaigns, ad groups, and other key dimensions.

  • Enhanced Dimension Tracking: Select and display tracked dimensions in your reports with relevant metrics, making it easy to see what drives results.
  • Top Dimensions View: Quickly identify top performers with an automatic breakdown (for example, top 10 pages for page tracking).
  • Multi-Metrics Drill-Down: Dive deeper with multiple metrics available for each tracked dimension, like mini-reports within your main report.

Get started by clicking “Customize Metrics” or “Customize Dimensions” in your reports.

These enhancements help you target the metrics that matter most to your business, offering a clearer picture of your key dimensions at a glance.

FB Action tracking

Now, you can track specific Facebook Ad actions through the Tracking Tool. Just head to the Tracking Tool settings (Available on Growth), click “Add dimension…”, select “Action type,” and pick the exact actions you want to monitor.

Salesforce Insights on Opportunities changes

  • Insights on opportunities change. You can now get updates on changes in individual Salesforce opportunities.
  • Opportunities data is now available in AI Data Analyst. You can analyze opportunities data by using AI Data Analyst. Feel free to ask questions about opportunities.

FB Purchase data

  • Purchases are now by default a primary metric for Facebook Ads, helping you capture the full picture of customer interactions.
  • The AI Data Analyst can also process this data, offering deeper insights into your conversion performance.
