Introducing a new automated data monitoring tool to track your KPIs
We're excited to unveil our latest update, which includes a powerful new automated Tracking Tool designed to help you keep a closer eye on your key data dimensions. Alongside this, we’ve also rolled out significant improvements to our Ad Performance Insights and Salesforce integration, giving you even greater control and visibility over your data.
Tracking Tool: Monitor What Matters Most
Our new Tracking Tool empowers you to monitor a wide range of critical data points with ease. Beyond tracking specific webpages, you can now keep tabs on search queries, pages, ad campaigns, and channels, and even monitor audiences by age in Meta Ads. This tool provides the flexibility to focus on the KPIs that matter most to your strategy, ensuring you never miss a beat in your digital marketing and SEO efforts.

We’ve made significant improvements to our Ad Performance Insights:
Beautiful and Clear Scatter Plot Charts: We’ve simplified ad performance visualizations with our new scatter plot charts, making data interpretation more intuitive. Compare ad performance using metrics like cost versus conversions in a clean, two-dimensional space, allowing for quicker insights and more informed decisions.
Improved Google Ads Insights: Go beyond clicks and spending with our expanded Google Ads insights. Now, you can compare critical metrics such as conversions and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) across different campaigns. In other words, you will get actionable insights like “Campaign A, with less spending, brings more revenue than Campaign B.”
Additional Facebook Ads Conversion Types: We’ve added more Meta Ads actions and conversions to our reports and insights, providing a fuller picture of your social media ad performance. This enhancement ensures that no important action is overlooked in your Facebook Ads data.
Salesforce Integration: Drill Downs and Sales Performance Insights
We’ve leveled up our Salesforce integration to provide more granular, actionable insights:
Drill-Downs in Metric-Specific Narratives: Dive deeper into your Salesforce data with new drill-down options in insights about opportunities. Now, you can segment opportunities by type, offering a more detailed analysis that helps you better understand your sales pipeline.
Sales Performance Insights: Addressing a crucial need for sales managers and executives, we expanded our insights to answer key performance questions like “Who are the highest-performing sales reps?” You can now ask these questions directly using our AI Data Analyst tool. In addition to AI Data Analyst, these insights are available as narratives, reports, and alerts.

Google Analytics is ultra-powerful when it comes to managing our clients’ MarTech stacks, but it’s easy to
get lost in the overwhelming amount of data there. Narrative has given us a way to get “just the good
stuff”, and the most important metrics we need for making daily decisions on behalf of my agency’s clients
from Analytics to Ad Spends. The condensed insights we get from Narrative are incredibly helpful, and now
indispensable in our daily mix of tools.
Narrative firstly is a great tool for beginners in marketing analytics - it allows all of our team - even non-technical / analytical get involved! As Mark Ritson said, 'The average is the enemy of the marketer' and Narrative helps us fight that battle every day. Instead of wading through averages, we can spot and evaluate the outliers, the true insights.
