These insights are more than just updates on metrics. They help you to quickly identify which ads are performing well and which ones need improvement, allowing you to make data-driven decisions and optimize your campaigns for maximum impact.

Key benefits:

  1. Actionable recommendations: Get insights beyond impressions. Ad Performance Insights consider valuable factors such as clicks, revenue, and conversions, providing a comprehensive understanding of your ad performance.
  2. Optimized Ad Spend: Discover how to allocate your ad budget best. Ad Performance Insights will provide strategic recommendations to help optimize your ad spend, ensuring you get the most out of every dollar.
  3. Performance Comparison: Easily identify your best and worst-performing ads. This feature will help you quickly understand which ads give you the best return and which ones need to be improved or phased out.

To get Ad performance insights, simply connect your advertising sources (available for all Pro customers) and filter your feed.

All-Time High Alerts

All-Time High (ATH) alerts are like your business's cheerleader. Narrative BI automatically generates ATH alerts when your business reaches new highs across your key metrics (unlike regular narratives with daily/weekly shifts in metric values). ATH alerts allow you to track and celebrate your milestones without missing a beat.

You can find All-Time High alerts in your feed by clicking on the “All-Time High” hashtag. Consider loading historical data to see the complete picture.

Top Performers

With Top Performers, we aim to highlight the top-performing metrics and dimensions from your data, spotlighting the highest-performing channels, mediums, and ads, providing actionable insights to replicate this success. This approach to your marketing data will add an exciting dynamic to your growth strategy. You can check Top Performers by clicking a corresponding hashtag.

New design: reports, alerts, narratives overview pages

Now it’s even easier to navigate between your reports, alerts, and narratives. You can also save interesting insights in one place.

Personalized feed

With Personalized Feed, we aimed to deliver an even more tailored experience for you. We use machine learning to learn from your reaction so your feed adapts and evolves according to your preferences, making it easier to access the narratives that matter the most to you.

Personalized Feed takes note of the types of narratives you marked 'helpful' and ‘not helpful’. The more you interact with your narratives, the more it learns about your preferences. So, next time you see something you love or hate in your feed – let Narrative BI know!
