Since we launched Narrative BI for Google Analytics in November last year, we have received hundreds of requests to support Google Analytics 4. Last month, Google officially announced that it is moving on from Universal Analytics, so we needed to support users who have already switched to GA4. On July 1, 2023, Universal Analytics properties will stop processing new hits. If you still rely on Universal Analytics, Google recommends moving to Google Analytics 4.
Google Analytics 4 has the flexibility to measure different kinds of metrics. It allows businesses to see unified user journeys across their websites and apps. To support our users using Google Analytics 4, we are rolling out the GA4 integration.
To empower our users with better insights, we are launching an integration with Google Analytics 4 that builds on the foundation of the App + Web property. The new version of Narrative BI is not limited by GA4 support only, as there are multiple other improvements such as Conversion Insights and Improved Reports.
Google Analytics has a range of metrics that can be used to increase website conversion rates. Narrative BI's insights about conversion will help you to understand how to drive more conversions.
Narrative BI for Google Analytics 4 provides insights into key conversion metrics such as top conversion channels, highest converting pages, and conversion rates.
Your regular reports now contain additional key metrics, such as page load speed. Also, you will receive stats on your top pages with each report. You can set up your daily, weekly and monthly reports here.
Narrative BI for Google Analytics 4 enables you to gain a complete and accurate view of your customer lifecycle across channels and devices. The innovative event-based measurement model introduced in Google Analytics 4 delivers insights on how a customer interacts with your marketing funnel, not just where they land.
Narrative BI insights incorporate both dimensions and metrics, such as visitor actions and geographies within one unified story rather than an assembly of independent sessions, enhancing the value of your Google Analytics 4 implementation by providing context across channels, regions and device types.
