Introducing NBI.AI Insights

GPT Insights renamed to NBI.AI Insights. The AI-generated insights have been completely revamped with a new reasoning LLM model, providing deeper analysis in your Weekly and Monthly AI Insights. The new NBI.AI insights are equipped with better recommendations, reasoning, hallucination mitigation, and contextual capabilities.

Impact Events: See What’s Driving Your Metrics

Understanding what affects your metrics is crucial for effective marketing. And if you ever wondered why your metrics shifted – we’ve got you covered. Impact Events feature is now fully integrated across the platform, helping you understand what drives changes in your metrics.

Deeper Integration Across Platform

Impact Events in AI Data Analyst: Ask direct questions about what caused a spike or drop in your metrics, and get context-rich, narrative explanations. Available in for both, in-narrative questions, and NLQ feature (questions about the whole data source).

Impact Events in NBI.AI (formerly GPT) Insights: Impact Events are now included in your weekly and monthly AI-generated insights, helping you connect the dots faster.

Impact Events on Campaign Changes

Narrative BI now automatically detects and analyzes critical changes in Google Ads and Facebook Ads including:

  • Budget adjustments
  • Bid modifications
  • Audience targeting changes
  • Campaign status changes (pause/unpause)

Other Updates

We’ve expanded our GA4 integration so you can track additional metrics and dimensions:

  • Country dimension for geographic performance analysis
  • Total users metric for comprehensive audience measurement
