We're introducing significant enhancements to the AI Data Analyst to automate your analytics workflow and make data exploration even more intuitive. From fully automated tasks like report generation and trend forecasting to a seamless way to ask questions directly from your data sources, these updates are designed to reduce manual work and surface insights faster.

End-to-End Workflows in the AI Data Analyst Agent

The AI Data Analyst has evolved into a more proactive assistant that can now handle not only data cleaning and transformation but also the execution of complete workflows. New agentic analytics capabilities allow it to:

  • Automatically generate data visualizations
  • Build presentations tailored to your metrics
  • Create reports summarizing key findings
  • Forecast trends based on your historical data

We’ve also refined the onboarding experience to better support Analyst-first use cases, so you can get started faster with less setup.

Ask Natural Language Questions Directly from the Data Source View

We’ve extended Natural Language Query (NLQ) functionality into the data source view, so you can now explore your data even more naturally.

When you select a data source filter, you’ll see a dedicated input where you can ask questions in plain language. Submitting a question launches a new AI Data Analyst session, delivering immediate insights. No additional clicks or configuration required!

Time Picker Enhancements

  • Start and end date inputs are now always visible
  • Improved color contrast makes selected periods easier to read
  • Enhanced overall usability when selecting custom time ranges

New Facebook Ads Metrics

We’ve added two new metrics to support more detailed performance tracking:

  • Link Clicks
  • CTR (Click-through Rate)
